After registration, here’s what to expect:

 • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after signing up.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it right away.

 • The Zoom link and preparation details will be sent:

 • 1 day before the event

 • 1 hour before the event

 • A replay will be sent within 24 hours after the live session.

If you’re unable to attend live, you’re welcome to return to the recording at a later time.

You’ll have ongoing access to the replay so you can revisit this practice whenever it feels supportive for your integration process.
